Step 1. Notary provides you this Department of State’s Apostille and Notarial Certificate Request Form to complete your contact information, return address. and apostillised Document Fees.

Notary Review: Next our notaries will then submit your package to (a) our Notary administrators for final review, (b) to issue a money order and (c) dispatches all documents to Florida Department of State PO Box or Carrier Address. Origin State Matters: If your certificate is from another state, it cannot receive a Florida apostille. Vital records from other states must be apostille in the state where they were issued.

We cannot apostille an out-of-state diploma in Florida, but you can get it apostille in the state where it was issued.
