Built 21 years ago (Oct. 2004), this full service center supports the residents, students, 501(c)(3) organizations, and businesses of Avalon Park in a wide range of services from mailing, business / real estate law services, formation of business, provide background checks, and is a TSA PreCheck Enrollment Office. In addition, we provide notary & apostille services, free self-prove Last Will Testament & POA to residence, conduct loan signing, programming, TSA TWIC Enrollment, marketing design, and printing in the center. You can drop-off your mail / packages here FREE so you don’t have to pay a carrier pick-up fee (a savings of $6.80 each day). An Experiential Learning Center
I am pleased that we have a diverse group of staff at the center with a mission to provide young adults a unique education and work experience. We have a secret “Handshake” with University of Central Florida and several other colleges, offering paid apprenticeships and Florida Bright Futures Scholarship programs to develop young talent. All student staff are assigned to functional teams divided into Media/Graphics Team, Leadership Team and Business Service Team. All staff of adult age goes through training to complete TSA certifications and meet the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Background Check.

Life Lessons
Each year, selected college students come to our center to participate in the Work-Study Program under the guidance of permanent staff and graduates. Students learn to be office savvy, book and street smart – with the opportunity to run a business operation; it is also a place to develop work ethics, develop humanity, nuture leadership and provide life lessons. Explore all the reasons why working at our center is a place to learn, work hard, have fun, fellowship and make an impact.
Unique to our program, 20% of the time is invested in business development, where we encourage all staff to innovate, develop new products or work on creative marketing projects. After hours we have fellowship with office parties and movie nights.
Continuous education is always part of our center, you will learn learn softwares such as PostalMate, Adobe Pro Suites (Graphics), H&R Block Taxes, Web Publishing (Word Press), Information Technology Services, Office Suites, Photography, Marketing and Content Creation (like YouTube). Free classes conducted for staff on Monday evenings, coupled with hands-on projects.
All staff that turned 18 years old and have completed the 14 work-days challenge, will be required to become Notary Public and have a month to complete the 3 hours course during this qualifying period.
